We currently ship anywhere in the United States, Hawaii, Alaska. 

We offer free shipping when you order 2 or more products or choose to subscribe. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and the product is shipped within 3-8 business days. Due to COVID-19, shipping delays may occur.

Orders may be placed online only.

Returns

100% customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not satisfied with your order in any way, you can contact us at hello@getyoori.com within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will gladly help to make things right. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
